Wedding at Natchez Country Club

A 5 tiered wedding cake.  Each tier consists of 4 1" layers of moist strawberry cake with a fresh strawberries and cream filling.  It is iced in buttercream icing and is finished with a simple dot design and bead boarder.  It is topped with light pink gum paste roses and soft green gum paste leaves.

Tall center tier wedding cake with fresh roses.  Buttercream icing in a soft buttery yellow and a white fondant bead boarder.

Dots of fun

Four 1" layers of vanilla cake with a chocolate cream filling.  Simple fondant dots in varying shades of brown add the details.

Maya LOVES the "Maya-saura"!


A 2 layered 1/4 sheet cake with fondant dinosaurs and flowers for a very sweet 4 year old.
