Flavors

There are five basic cake flavors I regularly offer.  If you are looking for a flavor you do not see, please contact me and I'll do all I can to work with you.  Once you have chosen a cake flavor, then move on to fillings and icing.

Cupcakes - any cake flavor can be baked as a cupcake.  I can add filling to the cupcakes if you like.

Red Velvet with a white chocolate cream filling.  Iced with cream cheese icing

Vanilla cake with white chocolate cream and
seedless raspberry preserve filling.  Iced with
vanilla butter cream

CAKE:

Vanilla - very moist, great texture:

Try this with the white chocolate cream and
seedless raspberry preserve filling.  One of the
most popular flavor combos.

Chocolate - rich, dense and moist:   (PIC COMING)

Best of Both Worlds: A perfect pairing of vanilla
and chocolate cake with white chocolate cream
and chocolate cream fillings.  Iced with vanilla
butter cream.

Strawberry - fresh, moist and very yummy.

I typically pair this with the white chocolate cream
and fresh sliced strawberries for the filling.
Four layers of moist strawberry cake with white chocolate cream and fresh sliced strawberries - YUM!!!!

Carrot - Lots of fresh grated carrot, crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts (no raisins) - one of my most popular flavors;  (pic coming).  Definitely pair this with cream cheese icing.

Last but definitely not least:

Red Velvet.  Made with cake flour to ensure the velvety texture you should expect from this cake and just enough cocoa to offer a light chocolate flavor.  Fantastic with rich cream cheese icing.   (Pic coming)

FILLINGS:

White chocolate cream - lighter than icing but a bit denser than whipped cream.

Chocolate cream - the flavor reminds me of a Wendy's frosty. Again, lighter than butter cream but denser and creamier than whipped cream.

Seedless raspberry preserves.

Fresh sliced strawberries.

ICING:

Vanilla butter cream.

Chocolate butter cream.

Cream cheese.
